Arts-y | There’s a place in the Sacramento River Delta where the Far East met the West. Speakeasies, gambling houses, brothels and opium; whatever got you through the night was alright in the tiny town of Locke, California, during the early 20th Century. Perhaps that's why some spirits didn't return with their bodies back to China. Just ask anyone who lives there and they'll tell you a story or three.
